Black History Month 2024 – Celebrating Black Excellence

Everyone is welcome for this free event at Grace Tipling Hall, Shelburne. Presented by Dufferin County Canadian Black Association, together we will celebrate Black Excellence with musical guests, keynote speakers and special presentations.
